This Car Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE] by and between:

• Jrive Rentals (d/b/a Simply Shopping LLC), a company incorporated under the laws of Jamaica, with its registered office at [COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Lessor").
• [RENTER NAME], residing at [RENTER ADDRESS] ("Renter").

WHEREAS, Lessor is in the business of renting motor vehicles and Renter desires to rent a motor vehicle.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. Rental Vehicle: Lessor agrees to rent to Renter, and Renter agrees to rent from Lessor, the following motor vehicle (the "Vehicle"):

2. Rental Term: The rental term shall commence at [DATE] and [TIME] and shall terminate at [DATE] and [TIME] (the "Rental Term"). The Renter may request an extension of the Rental Term with prior written consent from the Lessor and subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Rental Rate and Payment: The daily rental rate for the Vehicle is [AMOUNT] Jamaican Dollars (the "Rate"). Renter agrees to pay Lessor the Rate for the entire Rental Term, plus any applicable taxes and fees (collectively, the "Charges"). Payment is due at the time of vehicle pick-up. 4. Additional Driver: An additional driver may be authorized to operate the Vehicle upon completion of the Lessor's qualification process and payment of any additional driver fees.

5. Use of Vehicle: Renter shall use the Vehicle only for the following purposes:

• Personal or routine business use.
• Operation on properly maintained roads and parking lots.

Renter shall not:

• Sublease the Vehicle.
• Use the Vehicle for hire.
• Operate the Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Operate the Vehicle in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Take the Vehicle outside of Jamaica without Lessor's prior written consent.

6. Condition of Vehicle: Renter acknowledges that the Vehicle is delivered in good working order and clean condition, with [NUMBER] miles on the odometer. Renter shall return the Vehicle in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

7. Fuel and Maintenance: Renter is responsible for maintaining adequate fuel levels in the Vehicle and for all costs associated with fuel during the Rental Term. Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the Lessor. However, Renter is responsible for notifying the Lessor immediately of any warning lights or malfunctions.

8. Insurance: The rental rate includes basic collision damage waiver (CDW) with a deductible of [AMOUNT] Jamaican Dollars. Renter may purchase additional insurance coverage to reduce or eliminate the deductible.

9. Damage and Loss: Renter is liable for any damage to the Vehicle caused during the Rental Term, regardless of fault, up to the fair market value of the Vehicle. If the CDW option is not purchased or the deductible is not met, Renter is liable for the cost of repairs. Renter is also liable for any loss of the Vehicle during the Rental Term.

10. Accident or Theft: In the event of an accident or theft involving the Vehicle, Renter shall immediately notify the Lessor and the local police authorities. Renter shall complete all necessary accident reports and cooperate with the Lessor's investigation.

11. Return of Vehicle: Renter shall return the Vehicle to the designated Lessor location at the end of the Rental Term. Late returns will be subject to a late fee of [AMOUNT] Jamaican Dollars per hour.

12. Termination: Lessor may terminate this Agreement and repossess the Vehicle immediately if Renter breaches any provision of this Agreement.

13. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jrive Rentals from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Renter's use of the Vehicle.

14. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.

15. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

16. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforce
